There was a big vacuum created in Santa Fe when the Aztec Cafe closed, ground zero for hipsters, hippies, trust funders, ravers, musicians, poets and the coffee guzzling, unemployed elite. Maybe a small portion of that great era survives at Betterday Coffee. Located next to the co-op in Casa Solana, it provides wi-fi (always a plus), kind servers, and here’s the clincher—an adorable pattern in your cappuccino. Every time.
